1. What this service is

BestIPTV supplies a technical service for transmitting video signals over the internet, together with the support needed to configure it. What you are buying is access to streaming infrastructure and to our team for the period you have paid for.

We are not a television broadcaster, we do not produce content, and we do not hold the rights to the signals transmitted. We neither sell nor assign rights over any particular content.

2. Ordering and activation

Orders are handled on WhatsApp. You choose a plan on the website, message us, we confirm the amount and the payment method available in your country and, once payment is received, we create your line and send the credentials through the same channel.

The subscription begins at activation and ends when the period you paid for expires. There is no automatic renewal: continuing requires an explicit request from you.

3. Your credentials and your connections

Credentials are personal to you. You may install them on every device in your household, but the number of simultaneous streams is limited to the number of connections on your plan.

You are responsible for keeping them private. If we find a line being used from a number of locations incompatible with household use, we may suspend it without a refund.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any content reached through the service is lawful in your country of residence, and for holding any rights, licences or permissions that use requires.

Redistributing the signal, performing it in public, using it commercially or in premises open to the public, and sharing the account with people outside your household are all prohibited. The acceptable use policy, linked at the foot of this page, sets out those limits in detail.

5. Service availability

We size the infrastructure to deliver high and sustained availability, but no internet service is free of incidents. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, nor the permanent availability of any particular channel: source signals change, are reorganised, and sometimes disappear.

Where a prolonged interruption is attributable to us, we will make up the lost time by extending the length of your subscription.

6. Picture quality

The quality of each channel depends on the source signal. We carry every channel at the highest quality the source provides, and under no circumstances can we improve the resolution of a stream that originates in standard definition.

The quality you receive also depends on your connection and your equipment. The bandwidth requirements are published on the channels and setup pages.

7. Suspension and cancellation

We may suspend or cancel a subscription without a refund where these terms or the acceptable use policy are breached, where the connection limit is deliberately circumvented, or where a payment proves fraudulent or is reversed.

You may stop using the service at any time. Because payment is made in advance for a closed period, ceasing to use it does not create a right to a refund beyond what the refund policy, linked at the foot of this page, provides.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription period in progress.

We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profit, or the consequences of a use of the content that is not permitted in your jurisdiction.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or in applicable law. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date. Where a change is material and affects an active subscription, we will tell you on WhatsApp.
