Acceptable Use Policy

1. Household, private use

The subscription is for domestic, private use in your home. You may install the credentials on every device in the house, and the number of people who can watch at the same time is the number of connections on your plan.

2. Prohibited uses

The following uses are expressly prohibited and result in immediate suspension of the line without a refund.

• Showing the signal in public or in premises open to the public: bars, restaurants, hotels, gyms, salons or shops
• Redistributing, reselling or sharing credentials with people outside your household
• Using the service commercially in any form without an express written agreement
• Recording and distributing content, uploading it to platforms, or feeding it into another service
• Attempting to circumvent the connection limit with proxies, intermediate servers or signal splitting
• Reverse engineering the infrastructure, scanning ports, or attempting to reach systems other than your own line
• Using the service for any activity that is unlawful in your jurisdiction

3. The connection limit

Each connection allows one simultaneous stream. When your plan limit is exceeded, the oldest stream is cut: that is not a fault, it is the limit working. If more of you need to watch at once, connections are added by paying the difference.

4. Commercial use

If you need television for premises open to the public, a domestic subscription is not the right product and we cannot authorise it. Message us and we will talk about what can legally be offered for that case.

5. Consequences

Where this policy is breached we may suspend the line, cancel the subscription without a refund, and decline to supply the service in future. Where a breach affects third-party rights, we will cooperate with the rights holder as the law requires.
