DMCA and copyright

Last updated: October 9, 2026 · BestIPTV, operator of bestiptv.es

How to report a copyright infringement, and what we do when we receive a properly made notice.

1. Our position

BestIPTV supplies a technical transmission service. We do not produce content and we do not hold the rights to the signals transmitted, and we respect the intellectual property rights of others.

We act on properly made infringement notices and remove access to the content concerned.

2. How to report an infringement

If you are a rights holder or their authorised representative, send the notice by email to the address shown at the foot of this page, with the subject "Copyright infringement notice". So that we can act, the notice must include the following.

  • Precise identification of the protected work said to be infringed
  • Identification of the specific material to which access should be removed, in enough detail to locate it
  • Your contact details: name, address, telephone number and email
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder or by law
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on the rights holder's behalf
  • Your signature, physical or electronic

3. What we do on receipt

We review the notice and, where it is properly made, remove access to the identified material as quickly as we can. We keep a record of the notices received and the action taken.

4. Counter-notice

If you believe access to material was removed in error or through misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice identifying the material, giving your contact details, and stating, on your own responsibility, that you believe in good faith that the removal was mistaken.

5. Repeat infringement

We cancel the subscriptions of customers who repeatedly infringe, and redistributing or publicly performing the content means immediate cancellation under the acceptable use policy.
