Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026 · BestIPTV, operator of bestiptv.es

This site stores very little in your browser, and nothing at all that identifies you personally. This page lists everything it does store, and why.

1. What a cookie is

A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep, so that it can recognise the same browser on a later request. Local storage does a similar job, with one difference: it is never sent back to the server, and stays on your device.

This policy covers both, because from your point of view the question is the same one — what is being kept, and for how long.

2. Strictly necessary cookies

These are set by the site itself and are required for it to work. They cannot be switched off, and under the ePrivacy rules they do not require consent.

A session cookie identifies your browsing session for the length of your visit and expires when it ends. A security token cookie protects form submissions against cross-site request forgery. Neither contains personal data, and neither is used to track you between sites.

3. Your preferences

Your choice of light or dark theme is kept in local storage under the key "theme", so the site does not show you the wrong colours on your next visit. It stays on your device, is never transmitted to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.

4. Analytics

We measure how the site is used so that we know which pages are worth improving. Where Google Analytics is enabled it sets its own cookies to count visits and sessions, with IP anonymisation turned on, and Google acts as data processor for them.

Some deployments use Plausible instead, which is cookieless: it stores nothing in your browser at all and collects no personal data.

5. Third-party services

When you click a WhatsApp or Telegram link you leave this site, and the privacy policy of that service applies from that point on. We do not embed their tracking in our pages.

Fonts are served from Bunny Fonts, a GDPR-focused provider that sets no cookies and logs no personal data.

6. Removing or blocking cookies

Every browser lets you see what a site has stored and delete it, usually under Settings, then Privacy. You can also block cookies entirely, but the strictly necessary ones above are required for the site to function, and blocking them may break parts of it.

Clearing your browser data removes the theme preference as well, and the site will go back to following your operating system setting.

7. Questions

If you want to know exactly what this site has stored on your device, or you want it removed, message us and we will walk you through it. Our handling of personal data more broadly is set out in the Privacy Policy.
