1. Who the controller is

The data controller is BestIPTV, operator of the site bestiptv.es. You can contact us at the email address shown at the foot of this page.

2. What we collect

When you order or ask for a trial you give us your WhatsApp number and, in the conversation, the device you intend to use. We also store the plan you bought, the start and end dates, and the technical details of your line.

The website has no user registration, no contact forms and stores no payment data at all. Our servers never see a card number.

• Your WhatsApp number and the content of the support conversation
• The plan bought, the amount, and the activation and expiry dates
• The technical credentials for the line and the number of connections
• The receiver MAC address, for MAG and Enigma2 boxes only
• Aggregated, anonymous website usage data, where analytics is enabled

3. What we use it for

To create and maintain your line, to help you when you message support, to warn you that your subscription is expiring, and to detect use that breaches the terms, such as a number of simultaneous locations incompatible with household use.

We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on performance of the service contract you ask us for, on our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and abuse of the service, and on compliance with any legal obligations that apply to us.

5. How long we keep it

We keep line data while the subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that it can be reactivated if you come back and so that we can deal with any claim. WhatsApp conversations remain in the chat history according to that app's own settings.

6. Processors and transfers

We use hosting and infrastructure providers to run the streaming servers, and WhatsApp as a communication channel. Those providers process data on our behalf and are subject to their own privacy policies, which we recommend reading.

7. Cookies and analytics

The site uses no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking. One local preference is stored in your browser: the light or dark theme you choose. It is not a cookie, it identifies nobody, and it never leaves your device.

Where analytics is enabled, it is limited to aggregated visit statistics with no individual profiling.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of or portability of your data, and object to certain processing. Message us and we will deal with the request within the periods set by applicable law.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may complain to the supervisory authority in your country.
